A 32-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a stabbing inside a Westchester County residence that left a victim dead, police said.
The incident happened in Mount Vernon on Friday, Nov. 21, when officers were called to the 100 block of Stevens Avenue around 8:30 a.m. for a report of a menacing incident, Mount Vernon Police announced.
When they arrived, they encountered the suspect and found a 68-year-old man inside the home suffering from a stab wound, the department said in a statement.
