A Massachusetts man has been arrested weeks after a hit-and-run crash killed a pedestrian outside a Dauphin County restaurant, police announced on Friday, May 8.
Randolph Donald Marchant, 68, of Westminster, Massachusetts, was taken into custody on Thursday, May 7 at his home in connection with the death of James Blowe, 41, of Harrisburg, according to Swatara Township police.
Blowe was struck and killed around 9:04 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, in the 3500 block of Paxton Street, in front of the Applebee’s restaurant by Harrisburg Mall, police said.
